⭐️ The principles and practice, cueing + alignment of Yin poses, modifications, sequencing, and the theory of Yin alignment.⁠
⭐️ An understanding Yin Yoga Theory and how Yin Yoga effects on the brain, nervous system, physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.⁠
⭐️ Knowledge of the science of the Nervous System and an understanding of the stress and relaxation response of the body taught by Dr Courtney Cox
⭐️ Knowledge of the Traditional Chinese Meridian theory and the opportunity to learn meridians from Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner Leanne Gerich
