1.1 Non‑refundable – All ticket sales are final—no refunds, exchanges or name changes.

1.2 Non‑transferable – Tickets may not be resold or gifted. The name on the ticket must match the attendee’s ID.

1.3 Force Majeure – If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, transport strikes, government restrictions), Incredible Events Company ("IEC") will offer a new date or a full refund. IEC is not liable for additional costs incurred by ticket‑holders.

2.1 Age & Status – Attendees must be:• Ages specified in the event schedule and the ticket details.• Single (not married or engaged at time of event).• Not currently married nor seeking polygamous marriage.2.2 IEC reserves the right to refuse entry without refund if the eligibility criteria are not met.

3.1 Photo ID (valid UK, EU, US or Canadian passport/driver's licence) is mandatory.

3.2 Arrival – Check‑in opens 30 minutes before each slot. Arriving more than 15 minutes after your slot start time will result in refusal of entry without a refund. No exceptions. Ensure you plan your journey in advance and account for any public transport delays.

4.1 Slots are allocated by IEC to balance age & gender ratios.

4.2 Slots cannot be requested, swapped or changed. Failure to attend your slot forfeits your ticket without refund.

5.1 Dress code – Smart‑casual and modest. No ripped jeans, shorts, sportswear or revealing clothing.

5.2 Behaviour – Respectful language and conduct are compulsory. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive or un‑Islamic behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.

5.3 No Photography/Videography – Strictly prohibited inside the venue and its surrounds.

5.4 Confidentiality – Personal details must only be exchanged via IEC. Unauthorised collection of attendee data is forbidden.

6.1 Do not attend if you have symptoms of contagious illness (e.g. COVID‑19, flu) or have tested positive in the last 5 days.6.2 IEC may conduct temperature checks or require masks if public health guidance changes.6.3 IEC is not responsible for personal property; keep belongings with you at all times.

7.1 IEC facilitates introductions; we do not guarantee any match or future relationship.

7.2 Match data will be emailed within seven (7) days to the address used for booking. IEC is not liable for missed emails caused by spam filters or incorrect email entry.

8.1 IEC processes personal data under UK GDPR for event administration and matchmaking only.

8.2 Data (match‑cards, contact details) is stored securely and deleted within twelve (12) months, save where required for legal or accounting purposes.8.3 You have rights of access, rectification and erasure – email .

9.1 IEC’s liability for loss or damage is limited to the ticket price paid, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9.2 IEC is not liable for:• Personal disagreements or outcomes arising from matches.• Transport delays, accommodation costs or incidental expenses.• Indirect or consequential losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold IEC harmless against any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your conduct at the event.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

IEC may amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Eventbrite listing and emailed to ticket‑holders if material changes occur.
