For 50 years, Oliver's has been a fixture of downtown Seattle's cocktail scene.
Opened in 1976 as Washington State's first daylight bar, Oliver's has welcomed generations of guests through its doors, serving timeless cocktails, unforgettable celebrations, and a warm sense of hospitality that has made it a Seattle institution.

We're toasting 50 incredible years of Oliver's AND kicking off an even bigger milestone: the Mayflower Park Hotel's centennial year. Opened in 1927, the Mayflower Park Hotel brings 100 years of Seattle hospitality to this celebration, and the evening will feature the unveiling of our brand new centennial logo. You'll be among the very first to see it.
