To All Former Gator Football Players and Coaches,I would like to personally invite each of you to our game on Friday, October 1st as we celebrate 50 years of Gatewood Football. You are a part of our program’s
history, and we would like for you to join us as we recognize all the teams from the past 50 years.
Before the game, former players and coaches are asked to meet at 6 p.m. in the new gym for food and refreshments. During half-time, we will recognize groups by each decade.
If you can visit earlier in the day, we would love for you to come and
tour the campus especially the football field house. Quite a bit has changed over the last 50 years.
As for football, it has been my honor to coach Gatewood for the past nine years.
During that time, I have heard stories about many of you, and I have had the honor to meet many others. It is because of you our program is “legendary.”
I hope you plan to join us on October 1st for this very special reunion of 50 Years of Gatewood Football! What a tradition we have! I look forward to seeing and meeting each one of you.
