Kickstart your day and have fun in a supportive environment with movement, music and silliness! Improve mobility, build strength & balance. Indoor/outdoor, wear layers, bring water.
No floor work, no jumping. Use our chairs for support.
$5 for drop-in donation or discount $25/month for unlimited in order to continue class.
OAOA members $4/class or $20/ month
Karen Ritter will make us laugh while waking us up and moving our bodies. Come to the greenhouse for this gentle movement class focusing on creating more flexibility, joint mobility, strength and endurance. We will utilize a chair and resistant loops to create resistance without strain. No jumping or floor work.
