Instruction is designed to meet you where you are; come prepared to challenge yourself, laugh a lot, and capture some great pictures!
What to wear: comfortable exercise clothing that you can move in -- tighter fitting is better, as loose clothing can get tangled in the silks. No zippers, snaps, hair clips, sharp nails, or jewelry please.
