50 hrs 4 day intensive Yin Training
The objective of this Yin Yoga Teacher Training is to develop a solid foundation in teaching Yin Yoga by deepening your understanding of Yin Yoga history, postures, anatomy, benefits, sequencing and tailoring and offering modification to each unique individual.
A strong and deep knowledge is essential for both teacher and student. The teacher will feel confident and will be able to give the student a safe and tailored yoga class to genuinely enjoy and benefit .
Who is it for:
This 50 hrs training is designed for experienced and aspiring yoga teachers and yoga students who wish to deepen their knowledge of yin yoga and are keen to enhance their knowledge of the anatomical and energetic theories of yoga practice. You do not need to be a teacher or want to teach. Also, an opportunity for yoga teachers to refresh and enrich their teaching skills.
