50hr Yin Yoga Training, Yoga Alliance Certified and worth 50 CE’s. This training is for Yoga teachers who wish to offer yin yoga classes and/or are looking for new information and training, as well as, students who love yin yoga and wish to know more about the practice.

Exploring the Importance of Fascia
Meridian theory and teaching with the meridians
Asanas - Yang verses Yin
Modifications and Counter Poses
Sequencing
Theming
Breathing Techniques
Teaching Tips and Holding Space

Yin Training Manual Included
