Class Focus- Safety, Awareness and Self Defense with NO Martial Arts, No Belts, No Egos, and just real techniques and knowledge used against real criminals.

If you ever wanted to take a self defense class, but didn't want
to learn martial arts or thought your age of physical restrictions were an
issue, this is for you. Why? because you are what a criminal considers a soft
target.

5 Week -Our 10 Hour Academy is going to run 2 Hours weekly.
Who is this for?

This class will specific to Teens and Adults. Ages 12 and over.
If you want to sign up your minor child you will have to register and attend
class with them.

We will be covering a lot of material in theses classes.

Blocking- What works and why

Leveraging the body and understanding it's not about size or
strength

Understanding that you don't need Marital Arts to mount an
effective defense.

Lots scenarios and drills to make sure that your body can
perform and you don't freeze if the time comes.
