Every Friday for 5 weeks.
*The cost is £50 for a 5 week course.
* Suitable for ages: 6 weeks to 12 months old.

Winter is a time when little one's tend to pick up bugs and suffer with coughs and colds. The theme for these sessions will centre around how to help little ones when feeling poorly.
Following stories of Mouse's House and his animal friends with rhymes, play, and therapeutic touch. Reflexology can help children with reflux, digestion issues, constipation, teething, boosting the immune system, coughs, colds and sore throats.
These sessions are a lovely way to learn new skills, nurture children's development, have fun, and socialise. After each session, you will receive a booklet to practice at home, too.
Parents, Grandparents and caregivers are most welcome.
