Step into a restorative experience where ancient sound meets subtle energy medicine. This session combines the calming focus of 5-point ear acupuncture with the grounding resonance of the didgeridoo, creating space for deep rest, regulation, and renewal.
You’ll receive gentle auricular acupuncture given by Amy Cloutier , a time-tested technique known to support the nervous system, ease emotional stress, improve sleep, and bring the body back to balance.
Once the needles are placed, Joseph will lead a 45-minute didgeridoo sound meditation, allowing the vibration to move through the space and your energetic body—softening tension, activating meridians, and restoring natural flow.
This is a space to let the mind quiet, the body settle, and your system recalibrate.
