January 25th • Full-Day Somana Micro-Retreat 💛
Winter can make our bodies a little sleepy, a little stiff, and maybe a little under-stimulated. So we thought: why not gather for a whole day of movement, play, presence, and a big exhale together?
On January 25th we’re hosting a Somana micro-retreat — four hours of movement spread across the day, with a cozy vegan lunch in the middle. Expect a playful blend of somatics, martial arts & self-defence, dance, yoga, breath, and all the in-between movement magic that makes Somana… Somana.
We’ll share the full program very soon! For now, we can say that we will definitely warm up our winter bodies, wake up our senses, and give ourselves a gentle, invigorating push into the new year.
We’re also making it easier to bring a friend (or make this experience a Christmas gift for someone special):
1 ticket = 500 NOK (includes 4 hours of movement + vegan lunch)
