5 Elements Shamanic Healing and Sound Experience

The New Year 2025 Earth Snake is about wisdom and transformation. While we navigate the immense changes we are seeing in our environment and worldwide events, it is especially important for our wellbeing to turn our focus toward the things we can control such as our health, mind and spirit. By practicing the 5 shamanic elements we can reduce our agitations and transform them into healing energy for longevity and learn how to bring it all together for ourselves and the world.

You do not need to be good at meditation or visuals just the willingness to connect. Bring your friends to enjoy this powerful event along with crystals or things you want charged up.

What you can expect:

We will start with 9 purification breath and practice connecting with the elements of space, air, water, fire and earth in the body through visuals, some breath and mantra. Powerful healing mantras will be vocalized along with sound by the provider to connect and weave the energies. After teachings, we will have a restorative sound bath with Certified Sacred Sound Therapist Kiyomi Zenutopia, check out her link below.
