MARCH 16TH - DAY 1: SEEING LIKE AND ARTIST
Host: Julian (JKA Visual Arts)
Info: Students will begin the week by learning how artists observe the world. Through guided drawing exercises and still-life studies, they’ll explore line, shape, and form while building confidence in mark-making. This foundational session focuses on slowing down, noticing detail, and developing hand–eye coordination in a calm studio-style setting.

🕑: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
MARCH 17TH - DAY 2: COLOUR & EMOTION
Host: Julian (JKA Visual Arts)
Info: Day 2 introduces colour theory and creative expression. Students will experiment with mixing primary colours, explore warm and cool tones, and learn how colour communicates mood and feeling. Through guided painting exercises, they’ll begin using colour intentionally rather than randomly, strengthening both technique and creative decision-making.
DAY 3
🕑: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
MARCH 18TH - DAY 3: PAINTING FROM MEMORY
Host: Julian (JKA Visual Arts)
Info: Students will paint from personal memory and imagination, transforming thoughts and experiences into visual compositions. Beginning with light sketching and moving into paint, this session encourages individuality, storytelling, and creative confidence. The focus is on expression and composition rather than perfection.

MARCH 19TH - DAY 4: BUTTERFLY CANVAS (GUIDED PAINTING)
Host: Julian (JKA Visual Arts)

Each student’s canvas will be unique, emphasizing personal choice in colour and pattern.

🕑: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
MARCH 20TH - DAY 5: FINISING TOUCHES & MINI SHOWCASE
