Bullies target children who don't stand up for themselves. By giving you child the tools to neutralize a physical attack, they will have the confidence to stand up against bullies.

Most martial arts programs rely on stopping the attacker with violent strikes, but we take a different approach. We will teach your child to use verbal assertiveness to deter bullies; if physically assaulted, they'll learn several non-violent self-defense techniques to stay safe and gain control of the situation until help arrives.

How does a victim of bullying face their tormentor, look them in the eye, and get them back them down? The answer is simple-- teach the victims to defend themselves against physical attack, and the rest will follow.
