We are taking a road trip to the Pacific Northwest around Oregon and Washington State with a 5 Course Dinner from the region1st Course
Hazelnut and Pear Salad
spring mix, gorgonzola, red onion, dried cherries, balsamic dressing
2nd Course
Pioneer Vegetable Strata
asparagus, zucchini, corn, eggs, gruyere cheese, garlic, basil, sage, pecans
3rd Course
Seattle Seafood Boil

4th Course
Blackberry BBQ Salmon

Oregon Apple Kuchen
Cost is $65 per person and includes tip. Wine and cocktails can be purchased the night of the event. A wine pairing will be available with each course if you choose to enjoy along with our extensive wine, cocktail, and beer list. $5 and $6
