5-course Italian Dinner

Dreaming of a trip to Italy? The Hospitality Department students cordially invite you to attend a “Special Menu” event. The (soon-to-be-graduates) will showcase their culinary and customer service skills learned throughout the School of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts programs.Join us for an Italian-inspired menu famous for fresh seafood, and herbaceous flavors. The five-course dinner includes a glass of wine paired with two courses. The guests can purchase tickets at a fixed price of $50.00 per person. Guests have the option to add beverages for an additional fee.
