Corn and crab soup with roasted poblano, burnt red onion, whipped fresh cream, fennel pollen and microgreens.

Golden beet salad with whipped goat cheese, living lettuce, tart cherry purée, crushed spiced cashews and orange blossom vinaigrette.

Citrus-poached jumbo shrimp with roasted butternut squash and tomato Parmesan risotto and micro arugula.

Sous vide herb-and-garlic-marinated filet with red wine reduction, potato purée, crispy leeks and chili-fired broccolini.

Croissant bread pudding with fresh caramel, maple and orange spiced ice cream, white chocolate ganache, Grand Marnier-soaked apricots and blackberry Champagne purée.

$500 per couple, fees and tax included. One ticket includes two guests, five courses and wine pairings. Limited to 21 couples: 16 couples at the kitchen islands and five private high-top tables for two with padded stools.
