Module 2: continue building up your confidence in the water, learn the basic movements underlying the front crawl (the rotation of the body) and breaststroke/butterfly (the undulating dolphin dive). The course includes preparatory work in the physiotherapy gym, where we will practice in more depth how to fine-tune tension in the body during swimming movements.
Private WARM pool, small group, teaching in English (German translation always possible), hand-on guidance. 3 x 2 hour sessions
