Meet at the Margo Frankel Woods State Park Parking Lot at 9-10 AM for Donation-based Yoga, Plant Identification Walk to follow 10-11AM.
Olive O'Connell from AllLove Wellness will be joining us for a special Yoga practice in the Woods from 9-10 AM before the plant walk.
Join local forager, Lindsey Coyne, for a fun look at edible and medicinal spring plants.
We will discuss foraging safely, laws for foraging and Lindsey will identify many edible spring plants and ephemerals, as well as identifiable mushrooms and trees. Bring your Iowa plant questions!
I hope to continue to offer these walks as a donation based resource for our community. I want foraging to be accessible to everyone who wants to learn.
Suggested donation: $15-$35 per person

This trail is not paved. Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes for the weather and terrain. Everyone is welcome!
