About this Event

Are you looking for a way to challenge yourself in 2022 while also helping out an amazing organization?


We are hosting our first annual 4X4X48 Challenge. The 4x4x48 Challenge was created by David Goggins, an ex-navy seal turned author, and motivational figure.


During the 4x4x48 challenge you will be tasked to run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. If you can't run you will participate in a 45 minute workout instead.


All 4 mile runs will start and end at Prodigy Fitness. And all 45 minute workouts will take place at Prodigy Fitness.

DETAILS:

- Complete as many of the runs / workouts as you can.

- You don't need to stay at the gym between workouts, just make sure to make it back before the next workout starts

- If you want, you will have the opportunity to pitch a tent in the gym to catch a few zzzz's in between each run / workout

- Food and beverages will be provided but feel free to bring whatever additional supplies you would like.


DONATION:

- A $50 Donation is required to enter. This will include a t-shirt. All proceeds will be donated to VAREP.


VAREP:

- VAREP is a national nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of our servicemembers and veterans through housing and philanthropy
