This refreshed event invites parents, caregivers, birth professionals, and supporters to step into a day designed with your whole self in mind. You asked for more connection, more rest, and more practical tools — and we listened.

At the Parent Retreat & Resource Fair, you’ll experience:

• Self-care activities that help you slow down, reset, and nourish your mind and body
• Moments of rest and restoration, built intentionally into the day
• Sessions created just for new and expectant parents, as well as those who walk beside them
• Opportunities to meet experts, ask real questions, and learn strategies for navigating the mental, physical, and emotional changes in the first five years of parenthood
• A vibrant resource fair full of community partners, services, and supports
• A welcoming space to find community, share your story, and feel surrounded by a village

This is more than a conference — it is a retreat, a gathering, and a celebration of the ways we care for ourselves, our families, and each other.
