About this Event
Join us for another exciting genealogy seminar at the George Washington Carver Genealogy Center on Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 1:00 PM - 3:00PM!
Dr. Virginia Stewart will lead this discussion on understanding what creates our history, how our ancestors handled living back then and how to discover it and see how it connects with us even today! By examining family origins and inherited patterns, participants gain a deeper understanding of the motivations, shown tendencies, and stress responses that shape how they live and work. Participants will also learn practical ways to explore their own genealogy and connect these insights to their social and professional journey. Dr. Stewart leads the Legacy Preservation Project providing research and workshops in ancestry and genealogy.
