Join us for the 16th Annual Highland 4th of July Parade! Bike Decorating party starts 9:30 am the the Holiday Theater. Parade starts at 10:20 and ends in Hirshorn Park where there will be a Sweet 16 Birthday after-party at Little Man Ice Cream.
