Wristband Entry Pass Policy

You must begin at the first venue to check in and receive your wristband entry pass. Once you have checked in, you can continue on to the other venues listed on the schedule. All participants will meet at the final venue at 12:00 AM to close out the night together.

Embark on a unique self-guided bar crawl experience. There are no hosts or guides, so you will use the digital crawl map to make your way between participating venues at your own pace. Be sure to arrive during each venue’s designated crawl hours.

Every stop brings a different vibe, so you get a full night out instead of the same scene from start to finish. Throw on your red, white, and blue, round up your crew, and get ready for a night that goes all in.

Skip the usual holiday routine and do something bigger this year. This crawl takes you through some of the city’s best bars and nightlife spots, giving you a chance to keep the night moving while the crowd and energy build at every stop. Then it all leads into a final party to close things out the right way. Expect loud music, strong drinks, and the kind of summer party atmosphere that actually feels like a holiday weekend.

• Check In At The First Stop On Time: Have your Eventbrite tickets ready during the designated time at the scheduled venues before 10:00PM. Latecomers won’t be accommodated – no Wristband Pass, no entry.
• Note Club Schedule: Each venue's scheduled times are listed in the "DIGITAL BAR LIST." Wristband Entry Passes (for entry) and any applicable drink specials apply only during these times.
• Day-Of Check: Review the "DIGITAL CRAWL MAP" on the event morning for any last-minute details or venue changes.

• Age Requirement: You must be 21+ years of age with a valid government-issued ID to participate in this event. No exceptions.
• Wristband Entry Pass: Your Wristband Entry Pass is your key to entry. You must present your Pass or at each venue to qualify for select drink specials and entry. Wristband Passes must be worn at all times to access participating bars and venues. No Wristband Pass, no entry.
• Ticket Policy: All sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or transfers. In case of event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a refund (excluding fees) will be automatically issued. Event lineup, venues, and specials are subject to change without notice.
• Responsible Drinking: Please drink responsibly. We promote a safe, fun environment, but remember, no one should drink and drive. Use designated drivers or rideshare services. Participating venues reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any attendee based on intoxication or inappropriate behaviour. No refunds will be given if you are denied entry for any of these reasons.
• Capacity and Late Entry: Some venues may hit capacity during the event. If a venue reaches capacity or you arrive late, you may have to wait in line to gain entry. There is no guarantee of immediate access or entry to any specific venue once capacity is reached, and no refunds will be provided due to waiting times or access issues.
• Respect & Conduct: Treat others and the event venues with respect. Disorderly conduct, inappropriate behaviour, or damage to the venues will result in removal from the event without a refund. The participating bars reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behaviour at any time.
• Liability Waiver: By purchasing a ticket and participating in the crawl, you acknowledge that you are attending at your own risk. The organizer, along with its affiliates, participating venues, staff, and representatives, shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, death, loss, theft, or damage that may occur in connection with the event.
• Event Changes: Bars and venues may change, but the event will continue rain or shine. Be sure to check your email for any last-minute updates.
