Please do not attend if you have an infectious illness such as COVID-19, cold, flu, or stomach bug, etc. We will be singing in close proximity and sharing food together, so we want to ensure the wellbeing of all attendees.
Singers are welcome to wear masks, socially distance or take any other personal precautions they feel appropriate at the event.
We encourage you to refer to the up-to-date NHS guidance regarding COVID-19:

------------------------------------------------------------------
LUNCH
There will be a bring-and-share lunch. We will ask you to manage your own dish. Please bring it ready to serve with a utensil and collecting leftovers and crockery at the end of the event. We won't have the facility to heat food, but slow cookers are welcome.

REFRESHMENTS
We'll provide the usual tea/coffee/water including some decaffeinated and dairy-free options.

ACCESS INFORMATION
The singing venue is level access and has wheelchair accessible toilet facilities on both floors. There is a lift to the first floor where the singing takes place. There are two blue badge parking spaces near the rear entrance of the church.

**Important - use the FRONT ENTRANCE**
------------------------------------------
Singers need to use the FRONT ENTRANCE of the venue in the morning. So even if you park in the car park, you will need to walk around to the front of the building to get in.

PARKING
There are 16 parking spaces available in the Church’s car park at the rear of the building (including two blue badge allocated spaces). There is a one-way system to access the car park from Wilmslow Road. Turn onto Swinbourne Grove. At the top, turn right onto Parsonage Road, then first right onto Edgerton Crescent. The Church car park is the first turning on the right, just past the Post Office.
To exit the car park, turn right onto Edgerton Road, taking you back to Wilmslow Road.
More parking is available on side streets nearby.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Wilmslow Road is a major bus route. Numbers 42, 43, 142 & 143 buses all stop at Withington Library Stop E, practically at the front door. The bus takes around 20 minutes from the city centre.
There are several bike racks in front of the Church.
The nearest Metrolink tram stop is a 20-minute walk from the Church.
Please check beforehand whether any roadworks or service changes will affect your journey. You can use the journey planner here: https://tfgm.com/plan-a-journey

SATURDAY EVENING SOCIAL
4.30pm onwards
After the singing we will go to Withington Public Hall.
2 Burton Rd, Withington, Manchester M20 3ED
They serve pizza and beer https://goodeats.io/wphi
We have booked the snug downstairs and the upstairs room. Please note that there is no lift access to the upper level. The snug is on ground level but whilst there is a toilet downstairs, it is not wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if you would benefit from fuller information on this. The nearest wheelchair accessible toilet is the Red Lion pub, a 6 minute walk up Palatine Rd. We appreciate this is not ideal. Unfortunately this venue (and others researched locally) doesn't have capacity to host us.
