Join Certified Sound Facilitator Adriana Dobbs of Serenity Sounds for Lavender Dreams, a restorative sound bath enhanced with the calming aroma of doTERRA Lavender essential oil. Designed as a Sunday self-care ritual, this experience invites you to begin the week feeling grounded, nourished, and supported.
As you settle onto a comfortable floor lounge mat with blankets, bolsters, and a lavender eye mask, you'll be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.

This is a lying-down sound bath experience. No movement or yoga practice is involved. You're welcome to bring any additional pillows or blankets that help you feel comfortable.
