Held monthly at OUT Georgia Member locations, 4th Fridays are all about sharing space with likeminded LGBTQIA+ professionals and allies for an evening of vibrant conversations, meaningful connections, and dynamic community.
Whether you're looking to expand your network or just unwind after a long week, this event is the perfect place to do so. Come prepared to mingle, exchange business cards, and enjoy some good company.

My Sister's Room has been Atlanta’s number-one lesbian bar for more than 28 years and a favorite destination for the queer community since 1996. The bar is a safe haven and home to everyone who enters featuring nightly drag shows, burlesques shows, comedy, karaoke and more.
DID YOU KNOW: My Sister's Room is 1 of 33 Lesbian bars remaining in the United States, and it's the only Lesbian-owned and -operated bar in Georgia.
“Being one of the most diverse bars in the country where everyone is welcome makes a huge impact on our community. People want to come where they see a reflection of themselves,” said Owners of My Sister’s Room Jennifer Maguire and Jami Atlanta.
“People have been come to My Sister’s Room for gatherings, community or in times when they need a friendly face. They know that they have a place to come home to. We hope to continue the legacy another 28 years.”

We accept walk-ups at the door ($15), but purchasing your ticket in advance saves us both and gets you to networking quicker!

Community Access tickets will be provided, no questions asked, when available or when event dynamics allow (e.g. pool of tickets available, venue capacity allows, or specific tickets/seats are available).

Come As You Are embodies OUT Georgia's ethos of radical Acceptance, Inclusion, & Belonging, while defining our "attire expectation" and setting the tone for the experiences we curate.
We believe our best work happens when we feel confident, welcomed, and valued as our full, authentic self. This means don't check any aspect of your identity at the door.
For those who appreciate guidance, our attire suggestion leans towards Business Casual , but feel free to infuse your style with creativity using phrases like: Business Cute, Corporate Comfort, MBA Thrift, Professional Serve, and Queer to Slay .
TRANSPORTATION/PARKING
MSR is located approximately 3 blocks from the Midtown Marta station. Limited paid street parking is available, and you can use the AC Hotel Midtown Garage for paid parking, as well. Rideshare is recommended.
