4th Annual Yard Sale (to benefit Operation Christmas Child)

Come join us Saturday, July 18th for the 4th annual yard sale to benefit Operation Christmas Child shoebox ministry. Those who have participated in past years know it as a great way to connect with our surrounding CHBC neighbors, to get a few items out of your house and to look for that amazing deal!
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
1. DONATE! Items are now being accepted at the CHBC storage unit. Contact Tammy Commander ([email protected] or 609.501.2414) or Jan Hoyle ([email protected] or 919.630.8226) to arrange delivery.
2. VOLUNTEER! Need an activity for your life group or family or want to serve while meeting fellow CHBCers? Many hands are needed! Tasks involve unloading and set up at 6 am the day of the sale. There are tasks for all ability levels.
3. BAKE! (or visit your local grocery) We will also have a bake sale the day of the yard sale. Let us know if you can lead/help. IMPORTANT: Please package the cookies, etc., in individual portions ready to sale.
4. HAVE YOUR OWN YARD SALE TABLE! Contact Nathan Garren ([email protected] or 919.691.4367) to reserve your space.
5. SHOP! Nice selection and very nice prices.
6. PRAY! May the Lord use the work of our hands for the eternal impact in a child’s life. Our Lord - who can still the winds and the waves - will provide workable weather.
