About this Event
Stanford Maternal & Child Health Research Institute Symposium

This annual research symposium will bring together faculty, trainees, students, and postdocs to explore the latest developments and innovations in maternal and child health research. Attendees will learn about the research funded by the Institute across campus, the programs and resources available to advance research in this area, and the researchers and scientists who are making an impact in the maternal and child health community. This event is free and open to all.

Hear from a research pioneer in maternal obesity and diabetes in pregnancy and infant health on global health technologies:

Kelle H. Moley, MD, is the Deputy Director of Reproductive Health Technologies at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and a research pioneer in maternal obesity and diabetes in pregnancy and infant health. She is a career physician-scientist obstetrician and gynecologist and currently leads the Reproductive Health Technologies Domain within the Discovery & Translational Sciences, Global Health Division at the Gates Foundation. Dr. Moley will deliver a keynote address on "Global Priorities in Reproductive Health Technologies."
