4th Annual Sneaker Soiree: Kicks For A Cause

The 100 Black Men of Metro Baton Rouge is excited to announce our 4th Annual Sneaker Soiree: Kicks for a Cause fundraiser. This year, the event will take place at L’Auberge Casino & Hotel on May 10, 2025, from 8 PM to 12 AM. Our Sneaker Soiree: Kicks for a Cause fundraiser was established to support mentees in our flagship mentoring program, Project Excel. Project Excel is a mentoring program centered around young men in 6th through 12th grade. The program focuses on Self-Management, Leadership Skills, Assertion Skills, Personal Relations, Career Readiness, and Youth Excursions. Since its inception, this fundraiser has allowed our organization to provide over $45,000 in scholarships for our senior mentees and fund summer excursions for our entire mentee program.

You and your guests are cordially invited to join the 100 Black Men of Metro Baton Rouge for a night of philanthropy, fun, and to celebrate the impact of mentorship in our community! With your support, we hope to provide our mentees with the support and experiences they deserve and need.

• All ticket sales include admission to event, cajun dinner buffet, and premium open bar.
• No ticket sales at the event.
