Welcome to the 4th Annual Say Cheese & Charcuterie!
9 - 12 PM | Clinician Headshots and Networking: Each clinician will receive one (1) professionally edited headshot of your choice (value of $270). If you wish to purchase more images, cost is $125 per image with full usage rights. Additional image purchases come with professional editing.
* Editing/touch ups do not alter the body or general appearance. Edits include things such as removing flyaway hairs, fixing shine, removing lint, etc.
*Non-alcoholic beverages and bites.
About the photographers:
ELC Photography is a Louisville, Colorado-based photography studio serving families, businesses, and individuals since 2004. Mindy and Erin met during a headshot event and the rest is history, as they say. Since 2017, they have planned on creating an event and Erin is delighted to share her talent for the 4th time with all of the attendees! We are also excited to have a second photographer this year: Gabe!
Jake & Jubilee Music: Jake & Jubilee is a husband-and-wife duo creating soulful music that lingers in the spaces between joy and honesty. Drawing from their shared journey and life’s endless twists, their music weaves heartfelt storytelling with melodies that speak to the soul. Every song is a reflection—a whisper of love, hope, and growth in the face of life’s complexities.
About the venue and hosts: Harvest Therapeutic Services was established in August of 2021 by Dr. Kelli Henderson, LMFT, LAC. Currently, the clinic supports children, adults, couples, and family counseling. Clinicians are equipped to work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, and relationship issues. Many of the clinicians are also trained in EMDR. The clinic has a mental health and substance use IOP. The clinic accepts Medicaid, Cigna, BCBS, Aetna and private pay.
About the organizer: Living in the Hot Pink, Mindy Hoffman, MA, LPC-S, LAC, NCC is an eating disorder, trauma, and co-occuring substance use/eating disorder therapist, supervisor, eating disorder recovery advocate, blogger, and guest speaker. Mindy is in recovery from anorexia and bulimia. She shares her journey through her blog and speaking engagements. In her recovery, Mindy realized how detrimental black and white thinking can be and challenged herself to live in the gray, or rather, the "hot pink", and tries to live a more balanced life with less extremes. Over the past few years, she has been challenged in her own life through recovering into a larger body while living in our culture. She is passionate about educating others on diet culture, fatphobia, body acceptance or neutrality. She tries to normalize larger bodies through her own life experiences. She heard in her recovery that body image is "the last thing to go" but disagrees as your body is always with you. She wants to help others accept their bodies and maybe even do things they never thought they would do because of their body size. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Southeast Missouri State University and Master of Clinical Mental Health and Counseling from Denver Seminary.

Info: If you are a clinician or work in any capacity in the mental health field, please stop by from 9-12p for a free headshot and networking with other providers in our mental health community. This is also a body positive/neutral event. Take a mindful moment to lay aside any negative thoughts you have about your body and participate in a fun and safe environment for your headshot. Don't forget to enjoy our yummy food on the charcuterie board and lovely tunes!
