4th Annual Rethinking Mental Health Conference
About this Event
RTMH4 brings together reflection, experiential practice, lived experience, dialogue and connection to explore the human dimensions of mental health, well-being and sustainable leadership. Throughout the afternoon, attendees will consider what strengthens human capacity, what can limit it and what helps us live and lead more sustainably.
The experience includes an opening keynote, an integrated wellness workshop, a lived-experience community conversation, leadership conversations, a hot lunch buffet and networking. Attendees will also be introduced to Building Bridges Partners, an initiative connecting the community with providers, services and resources that support well-being beyond the conference.
