Get ready for an exciting evening of learning, networking and fun at the 4th Annual REALTOR® Night Out at Top Golf, hosted by the Los Angeles Southwest Association of REALTORS® (LASAOR®) and proudly sponsored by The MLS™. This year’s event will bring together REALTORS®, affiliates, and industry professionals and the public for an engaging presentation on how Prop 37 could expand homeownership opportunities for Californians, followed by evening of networking, friendly competition, and relaxation in a fun and social setting at Topgolf Los Angeles – El Segundo.

Discover why REALTORS® support Yes on Prop 37.
Prop. 37 makes buying a home more affordable, keeping homeownership attainable for hardworking and middle-class Californians, with low-interest mortgages funded by private bond investors, NOT TAXPAYERS. Authorizes $25 billion in bonds to offer eligible buyers fixed-rate mortgages for up to 17% of purchase price of a newly constructed home priced below about $1.5 million. Borrowers must be California residents, occupy the home, meet income limits, and pay at least 3% down.
