THE EVENT:

Lone Star Palengke, A Filipino Market embodies the spirit of what our Filipino American Community in DFW is and will become. With over 80,000 Filipinos in the Metroplex, we are here to celebrate our history, provide visibility for our organizations & businesses, and create a long-lasting legacy. This event is for the community and made possible by the community. Open to ALL this event welcomes folks from all walks of life and all backgrounds!

Our Palengke - Filipino Market will be running ALL DAY and FREE starting at 12PM filled with interactive booths, community organizations, local small businesses and restaurants! Last year we had over 10,000 Attendees, 100+ Vendors, Performers, Street Performers, and Family-Friendly Fun for the everyone. Foodies, come with an empty stomach cause a lot of your favorite restaurants and small businesses will be back!

This year the Kapwa Concert will be part of Lone Star Palengke, so listen to local DFW well-known acts!

Again, while our General Admission is FREE to the public with Eventbrite, folks by purchasing $20 DFW Filipino Community Center Donation help our cause in raising funds to start a Filipino Community Center & Filipino Town here in DFW. Our initial goal together is to purchase land, create a Community Center – a physical space for us to come & to serve our families.
