Join us for our 4th Annual Healing Clinic: Sensory & Somatic — a free day of community care for youth ages 14–25. This year’s clinic centers on somatic and sensory practices that restore balance, release stress, and reconnect us with the wisdom of the body. Come as you are, leave more grounded, open, and connected. A space to pause, breathe, & reconnect.

About the Healing Clinic

Youth Spirit Artworks (YSA) invites you to a day of collective care where young people can access holistic services rooted in somatic and sensory practices.

This gathering is an offering of restoration, connection, and balance. It’s a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and be nourished in body, mind, and spirit.

Every summer, the clinic continues to grow as a community-led space of restoration where young people can explore healing in body, mind, and spirit. Together, we create a circle of care that honors resilience, connection, and the right to wellness for every young person.

What You’ll Experience

• Holistic BIPOC Affirmative Bodywork – reconnect with your body
• Equine therapy & Energy clearing & ear acupuncture –re-align with self, release stress and restore balance
• Healing through art & expression – sensory-centered creative space
• Candle making, plant listening & flower bundle creation – engage with nature
• Sound bowls & movement practices – cultivate resilience
• Nourishment for the body – delicious tacos from Tacos Al Vapor
