4th Annual DC Metro Area Student Innovation Showcase

Hydroponics, mental health heroes, community gardeners, waste warriors and more! Come meet the next generation of sustainability innovators and advocates at the 4th Annual Student Innovation Showcase, at the newly renovated Benjamin Banneker High School.

Through EcoRise's Eco-Audit Grant program, student teams identified specific sustainability challenges in their school communities and designed innovative solutions to tackle them. A wide range of projects were submitted and funded from across the DC Metro Area this year. Student teams will present their innovative, Eco-Audit Grant funded projects in a science-fair style format at the Showcase.

Join us to celebrate these young leaders June 1st from 5:00 - 7:00pm at Benjamin Banneker High School (1600 9th Street NW). Be inspired by elementary, middle, and high school students who have developed a deep understanding of complex sustainability challenges ranging from waste management to transportation to sustainable food systems.
