Attendees will enjoy a continental breakfast while networking, experiencing the power of the arts, and recognizing our grant recipients and the elected officials who champion the arts in our community.
This fun and inspiring breakfast will feature remarks by community leaders, and we will present the third annual United Arts Champion Award, dedicated to organizations with outstanding contributions to the arts.

Celebrate the 2026 Arts Champions!
The arts champion awards are given to an individual and a business or organization that has made long lasting, significant impact on the cultural scene in Wake County.
2026 Arts Champion – Organization
TheGifted Arts
TheGifted Arts has been rooted in Wake County since 2011. In that time, we have grown into a K–12 arts education organization with a deep focus on Black and Brown youth, delivering 710 hours of arts instruction and 236 performance hours across our programs each year, and reaching 330 young people annually through dance, step, theater, spoken word, music, and fashion.
2026 Arts Champion – Individual
Andrea Osborne
Andrea is being recognized for her multi-decades’ long volunteerism, advocacy, and support of the arts across all of Wake County. The arts organizations that Andrea has supported and volunteered with includes, but is not limited to, United Arts (serving as a grant panelist, donor, workplace campaign leader), Arts Together (student, parent, former Board Member & Board President), NC Museum of Art (long-time member), Artspace (longtime supporter), Burning Coal Theatre (long-time season subscriber) and this is just to name a few.
