Whose Roux Will Reign Supreme this year? Join us SATURDAY, JANUARY 29th, 2022 from 1-6 for Gumbo Tasting, Dranks and LIVE Music from DJ Dayta and Heights Funk Collective. A portion of the proceeds benefits our friends at Summerhouse Houston. Come help us decide Whose Roux Will Reign Supreme!

• $100 Team Registration Fee
• Teams limited to 5 people per tent
• Gumbo will be judged by “blind judging” in following categories:
1. Taste 2. Texture 3. Ingredient
4. Roux 5.Creativity
o Grand Prize is $500 cash Prize and a trophy
o Second Place will receive $200 cash and a trophy
o Third place will receive $100 cash and a trophy
o “People’s Choice" will receive a $250 trophy
o “Most Hype Team” will receive a $100 cash
o ”Best Decorated Tent” will receive a $100 cash
