The future is listening. What do you want it to hear?We’re inviting high school students in grades 9–12 from across the Capital Region to take the mic at the 4th Annual Capital Region Poetry Slam.
This year’s theme, “The Future Is Listening,” is all about voice — your ideas, your questions, your hopes, your truth. Whether your poem is bold, funny, vulnerable, or powerful, we want to hear it.
💥 Cash prizes and trophies will be awarded to our top three performers:
1st – $500
2nd – $250
3rd – $100
Winners will be chosen by an esteemed panel of local authors and educators who care deeply about student voice and the art of storytelling.
