Supporting Watercraft
Our lead boat and chase watercraft are confirmed, and additional boats will join us (#NoSkiLeftBehind). While these boats are here to enjoy the trip, their primary role is to provide emergency assistance if needed. Please ensure you make necessary arrangements for your gear, any extra equipment, and additional travelers who won't be riding on your watercraft.
Disclaimer
This is a ride-at-your-own-risk event. Participants are solely responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their jet skis and boats. We strongly advise all participants to ride within their limits and respect the prevailing conditions. Weather is a major factor and can lead to changes in departure dates and times. If the weather is deemed unsafe, the event may be canceled. In the event of cancellation, jet ski and boat operators may choose to proceed, however, there is no guarantee of lead or chase watercraft.
Important Safety Notice
We may need to modify dates due to safety reasons. Some watercraft (boats and/or skis) may choose to travel on different dates and in less favorable conditions. Please be aware that in such cases, there is no guarantee of a lead boat or a dedicated rear watercraft. If you decide to proceed, ensure that your riding ability is suitable for the conditions and that you can keep pace with the group. Failing to keep up not only puts yourself at risk but also the entire group. Remember, it's better to lose money than to lose your ski or suffer an injury.
As a reminder from previous years, boats and skis went out in challenging conditions—waves over 2 feet, winds over 12 mph—resulting in bent/broken racks, injuries, and flipped skis. The trip took almost 4 hours. Remember, this is a bucket list challenge and should not be taken lightly.
