4th Annual "HOPE" Juneteenth Splash Day Celebration

"LET THE KIDS GROW"

Michael Willis, is once again focusing efforts on giving back to the community. Willis “HOPE” Helping Other People Endure Inc. is partnering Hot Boy Ronald, New Orleans Saints Hall Of Fame #33 Tyrone Hughes, Keedy Dabartender, Trent Washington, NORDC,with local and national public officials, family, and friends to bring about a tangible change in the culture and instill the genuine meaning of “HOPE” among the youth, elderly, families, friends and businesses in our community.

Elderly, kids, friends and families in Algiers and across New Orleans has found the perfect way to beat the heat — and honor freedom — with a splash.

Michael Willis encouraged anyone looking for a free and safe way to celebrate Juneteenth to stop by and enjoy the festivities.
This summer, more public pools' are reopening.

This Community Engagement initiative is FREE to the public

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

The “Juneteenth Splash Day Celebration” is for all kids, boys, girls, women and men of all ages across the city. The program is designed for families and children to play with other kids and access resources provided by the city. It is an effort to reduce crime and enhance family service relationships throughout the city.
