. Follow Signs along with Gate & Parking Attendants directions

. Park in designated areas!

. Park at your own Risk - remove all Valuables & lock your Vehicle!

. Follow Traffic Laws, Speed limits & watch for Pedestrians!

. If you are Towed, Fined or Ticketed, it is at your own cost/expense!

FOOD & DRINKS

. Food & Drinks can be purchased at The Venue, Concession during the Mart.

. All food and drinks is provided by The Venue, under their Licenses.

. Bar closes at 5 pm

. No outside food or drinks is allowed

. Government Issued PHOTO Identification, will be required to be served Alcohol

. No alcohol purchases for underage person/s & NO UNDERAGE DRINING IS ALLOWED!

. REMEMBER TO DRINK RESPONSIBLY - designate a Driver and/or call a Uber/Lyft ride, remember to verify the Uber/Lyft Driver & the Vehicle before getting in the ride!

Any & all person/s choosing to buy Tickets, attend, vend or to be part of or participate on, at or in (attendee, vendor, volunteer, employee, ambadassor, contractor, subcontractor, sponsor, entertaintor, 3rd party company or service etc.) in any format at The Vintage Mart are choosing to do so of their own free will and are hereby waiving & releasing The Vintage Mart and The Venue of any & all liability & responsibility to, but not limited to...any loss, damage, harm, fines, tickets, repairs, cancellation, delay, injury or death!

We also have the right to refuse service to any person/s and also right to remove any & all person/s that are considered to be in violation of our rules or a cause of disorderly conduct or considered dangerouse etc. from The Vintage Mart & The Venue, with no refund or compensation (whole or part)!
