49th Annual Texas Renaissance Festival 2023 | Weekend 6 - Barbarian Invasion

The Texas Renaissance Festival is an annual event held in Todd Mission Texas that offers attendees a unique and immersive experience into the world of the Renaissance period throughout an eight-weekend fair full of medieval merriment barbaric feasts magic and wonder. This festival is a celebration of art history food and entertainment and it attracts thousands of visitors each year.

Open weekends October 7 to November 26 plus Thanksgiving Friday from 9 am - 8 pm.

At the Texas Renaissance Festival you can expect to find various themed attractions including jousting tournaments live music performances sword fighting demonstrations and artisan marketplaces. There are also plenty of opportunities to indulge in delicious Renaissance-inspired food and drinks.

With its elaborate costumes stunning set designs and interactive performances the Texas Renaissance Festival provides an authentic and enjoyable experience for people of all ages

Weekend 6 - Barbarian Invasion

Join the Great Horde and feast, drink, and plunder your way through the village during this barbaric rumpus. Are you the worst-dressed barbarian around? Prove it in our costume contest or show off your worst table manners in the turkey leg eating contest.

This year’s festival will be creating even more immersive experiences for adults and children. With 21 stages The King’s Feast jugglers bards acrobats games rides restaurants pub crawls and more than 400 shoppes and artisans there is something for everyone.

• Official Texas Renaissance Festival Tickets are ONLY sold at the festival gates or online at TexRenfest.com (via ETIX.com).
• Tickets Day-Of can be purchased at The Kingdom gates on the day of the festival and online at TexRenFest.com (via ETIX.com).
• Discounted Advanced Tickets are available for purchase online at TexRenFest.com (via ETIX.com).
• Discounted Advanced Tickets sales for a given weekend end that Friday night at midnight. Once that weekend's presale ends tickets for that weekend will be available at the box office and online at our standard pricing for that weekend.
• There are no refunds exchanges or rainchecks and any lost or damaged physical tickets cannot be replaced.
• Ticket Exchange Insurance is Available - TRF Ticket Insurance allows the buyer to pay the difference for anew ticket in a one-time exchange for any reason. Ticket price + $5.
• Kids 4 and Under are FREE everyday. No ticket necessary. Their presence will be accounted for at the gate.
• Kids 5-12 are HALF PRICE every Saturday and Thanksgiving Friday. No ticket necessary. Their presence will be accounted for at the gate.
• Kids 5-12 are FREE every Sunday. No ticket necessary. Their presence will be accounted for at the gate.
