San Antonio, Texas (September 17, 2024) – The Texas Talent Musicians Association (TTMA), producers of the Tejano Music Awards (TMAs), are excited to announce the 44th Annual Tejano Music Awards, set for Friday, November 22, 2024.Now in its 44th year, the Tejano Music Awards is the longest-running and only major awards show dedicated to recognizing the Tejano music genre. Fans from across the country are invited to attend this year’s event, which will be hosted by San Antonio comedians La Chona and Big John, at the Boeing Center at Tech Port + Arena.
The biggest night in Tejano music promises surprises, thrilling musical collaborations, and performances from both “New Emerging Artists” and Tejano’s brightest stars. Scheduled to perform are Avizo, paying tribute to Tejano legends Jimmy Edward, Joe Bravo, Jimmy Gonzalez, Steve Jordan, Jessy Serrata, Alfonso Ramos, and Emilio Navaira. Additional performances include Da Krazy Pimpz, David Mares, Jay Perez, La Calma, Lucky Joe, Solido, Stefani Montiel, Sunny Sauceda & The Homeboyz, and many others.
The festivities will kick off with a red-carpet ceremony at 5:00 p.m., featuring performers and nominees.
