Caroline A. Wanga is the President & CEO of Essence Ventures, a portfolio of brands that drive a global Black economic ecosystem, including ESSENCE, Afropunk, BeautyCon, and Essence Studios. Previously, she served as Chief Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion Officer at Target, where she spent 15 years in transformational leadership roles across supply chain, business intelligence, and strategy.
