Previously, she served as Chief Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion Officer at Target, where she spent 15 years in transformational leadership roles across supply chain, business intelligence, and strategy.

Co-founder of WangaWoman LLC, Caroline champions authenticity and cultural innovation, inspiring individuals and organizations alike. She is a highly sought-after keynote speaker, equity strategist, and thought leader known for her “real-talk” delivery and passion for authenticity as a differentiator.

Her accolades include the Anthem Award for Business Leader of the Year, two honorary doctorates, and recognition as one of the Most Powerful Women in Corporate America.
