About this Event

The 40x40 Neighborhood Empowerment Day (NED) is a resource fair hosted by 40x40 Council organizations (Black Cultural Zone (BCZ), Brotherhood of Elders Network (BOEN), East Oakland Youth Development Day (EOYDC), and Roots Community Health) to support the legacy of resilience that thrives within our 40x40 block communities in East Oakland.
