401 Games - Gundam Card Game Toronto Regional

We're excited to announce that will be hosting another event in collaboration with Bandai Organized Play - the Toronto Gundam Regional Championship!

The Sheraton is centrally located in downtown Toronto steps away from City Hall, Nathan Phillips Square, the Eaton Centre, and Osgoode Subway station.

**Side Events:**

There will be 2 Newtype challenges (64 players each) on the Sunday of the event, and on demand events available all weekend! Join us for Gundam action both days at the venue!
Look for info on registering for those Newtype challenges soon.

**Tournament Structure:**

8-9 rounds - Best of 1 (depends on player count)

Main event check-in starts at 9:00am

Main event players must be present and seated by 10:00am or will risk being dropped and their spot will be given to waitlist.

In-person waitlist check-in for any remaining spots will start at 9am

*There will be Side Events for Gundam on Saturday AND Sunday!*

**Deck List Submission:**

Deck list submission must be done through Bandai TCG+ before 10:00 pm ET on Friday, September 4th. Any players who fail to do this will be dropped.

If a decklist is not submitted in time, players will receive a round 1 loss if the decklist is submitted before the end of check-in. If a player has not submitted their decklist by the end of check-in, they will be dropped from the event. A player dropped from an event due to not submitting a decklist must re-enter the event via the waitlist.

**Registration:**

Registration will open at 12:00 PM (EST), June 28th

Players must provide the following information:

Bandai TCG+ ID number, Bandai TCG+ Nickname, Legal Name, Preferred Name, Email, Shipping Address, Phone number.

Refunds will only be given to people who submit a refund request to [email protected] BEFORE August 31st AT 10 AM EST. Refunds will not be honored after the deadline, no exceptions.

**Waitlist:**

If all tickets are sold out, you will be added to the waitlist - players from the Eventbrite waitlist will be proactively contacted if they get a slot in the event.
