40 years of the Crash Investigation Unit

The Crash Investigation Unit, previously known as the Accident Investigation Squad, was initially formed in the Sydney Metropolitan area as a trial in May 1982. The unit was formalised on 23 November 1982 and later expanded to cover country areas of NSW.

All current and former members of the Crash Investigation Units and their partners are invited to join the celebration. We also extend our invitation to anyone who may have worked alongside or been interested in Crash Investigation.

Location: Traffic Courts, Justice & Police Museum, Albert Street Sydney

Cost: $108 per head includes a 3.5 hour substantial canape menu and drink package
